Fees

No two clients are alike and none require identical legal services, which is why we work independently with each client to develop the most suitable fee schedule to its needs and budget. The following are some of our fee schedule arrangements:

Hourly

This arrangement is available to clients that are interested in having an experienced business attorney available on an as-needed basis or for project-based work, neither of which has predictable time requirements.

Retainer (On-Site)

This arrangement is available to clients that are interested in having an experienced business attorney on-site for a specified number of days per month. Due to the predictability of the work, this arrangement involves the lowest hourly fees.

Retainer (On-Call)

This arrangement is available to clients that are interested in having an experienced business attorney on an "as-needed" basis with very responsive e-mail and phone availability. This offering is based upon a minimum number of hours of services provided per month and utilizes a sliding scale fee structure contingent upon the total hours of services rendered per month.

Project

This arrangement is available to clients that are interested in having an experienced business attorney available for single or periodic projects. Depending upon the scope of the project and the working relationship, this offering can either incorporate hourly or fixed fee rates.
